On to Egypt!

Since Pauline and Chris came all this way, we thought we might as well take advantage and use this as a good excuse to go to Egypt! Today was mostly transport, getting settled at the hotel, and finding the Hard Rock Cafe for dinner.

Parks Visit--Desert Safari

Jon's mom and sister came to visit us in Doha! We were really excited to have them come. They have been here about a week and now we head to Egypt. One of the first things we did was take them on a "desert safari." It included a camel ride, a roller coaster style drive over the sand dunes, and a visit to a camel farm. Our guides gave us a great musical concert too! Jon's mom about killed us for the wild car ride, but I think everyone had a good time overall.
